Nzingha Asantewa-Gordon, Founder of Ankobia Group, has more than 20 years of experience as a strategic organizational advisor, leader of diverse teams, and developer of people. She partners with her clients to simplify complex decisions and projects through collaboration and creativity.  Ankobia Group was founded on her experience and she is the engine that continually drives us to provide expert insights and produce practical results. 

Founded in 2006, Ankobia Group, LLC is a management consulting firm with a focus on information technology and health information management services.  Ankobia Group provides strategic advice to local, state, and federal government agencies to achieve optimal organizational performance of their people, process, technology and data.  

Johnnie Gordon, a United States Marine Corps veteran, has more than 30 years of experience in technology planning and implementations, over 15 years in leading justice related technology initiatives, and over 15 years executive advisory, enterprise strategy, operational management, service delivery, process optimization, business analysis and program management. Mr. Gordon has designed and delivered enterprise solutions including – integrated justice solutions, case management, jail management and RMS for various justice system clients across the country – several implementations included integrating technology and business processes across multiple agencies.
